1. What is one question you still have about the garment industry here in Bangladesh?
A. How much garments does Bangladesh produce in total and how much of it do they export ?
2.
a. In Up2Date appearel office, a lot of the floors were show rooms for the company customers to come and buy for their company. In the office on the ground floor they had people making some clothes. We saw them making Jeans, it was quite interesting an I liked the clothes in the show rooms.
b. At the Sterling Styles factory, they were mostly making clothes for gap and old navy. There were a lot of people in the factory all working on one row, some of the rows were making Jeans and some of them making trousers. We were told that they made at least 3 pairs of shorts per minute!
Answer one of the above questions and add two points of observation or reflection from the day abouts the two places we visited (Sterling Styles factory and Up2Date apparel office). Also you can compose a question that you may have from our flex day adventures. You should post these three items on your blog page.
1) answer a question 2) make two observations or reflections (or write your own questions that you may have) Three things in total!

End-of-book Reflection Questions
The Revealers Begin brainstorming the answers with members of your group!
1. Ms. Hogeboom told Russell that everyone was reading the Revealer and that the atmosphere of the school was changing…"It was like a small revolution"(175). Explain what she means about the school culture and their affect on it.
A.1. I think what Ms.Hogeboom is trying to say when she says that "It was like a small revoloution" she is saying that all of a sudden people changed and started to become more aware of what was going on, thanks to the Revealer. She also saying to him how great she thinks it is that because of the Revealer people are getting the courage to speak out. To let everything they don't want out of them, so people can read all the injusctices that were commited.
2. Describe why The Revealers project was so successful with students and judges alike.
A.2. The Revealers project, I think was very succesful because it is an interesting topic and they set up and presented their porject well. With students what seemed to have the most succes was the videos and all the interviews. With the judges I think the storys were succesful and the topic itself. It was also very succesful because it was interactive, so the students and judges could look through the projects themselves and find out thing and go where they want to look and different parts of the project.
3. Russell, Elliot, and Catalina's hypothesis for their science fair project was "if bullying and harassment incidents were brought to light among the whole student body in a school then there will be a reduction in these incidents as well as them being less severe in nature"(194). Did the three main characters prove their hypothesis? Discuss. What is one way you could use technology to improve the school at AISD?
A.3. They did prove their point about bullying having possibly decreased since the Revealer came out, by sending a survey to the student body and the results came back that most people after reading the Revealer thought that bullying was becoming less of an issue. But I am not sure if it is 100 percent sure that thee incidents would become less violent.
I am not exactlly sure how we could use technology to improve the school, maybe what we could do is that on the daily bulletin there could be a chance for student's to put things up on it. I think our school doesn't really have things that we can improve by using technology.

Elliot's Expose
Blog response instructions:
• Answer the questions in complete sentences and use proper English (restrain from using MSN chat style of writing).
• Use evidence from the novel to support your answer and include page numbers.
• When commenting to your peers, be respectful in your language and about their responses. It is okay to disagree, but do it in a polite manner.
When Elliot writes about his experience with the Jock Rots and sends it out over the KidNet, he includes the following quote in his letter."I think people ought to realize that stuff like this goes on every day…The rest of you are all part of it-because you let it go on and maybe you think it's funny, or you think it only happens to geeky outsiders and kids who are smaller or fatter or skinnier or don't have so many friends or so much money as you. So tell me-what happens when you don't have so many friends one day, or you don't have so much money, or something bad happens to you?" (91-92)
Blog Question:What is the message is he trying to get across to his classmates? (6pts)
I think what Elliot is trying to tell them what bullying truly is by using words which are emotionally strong. He is trying to get them to come back down to earth and take a good look around them by accusing them in saying,"The rest of you are all part of it because you let it go on and maybe you think it's funny," (pg.92) because the bullying could be right in front of them and they aren't paying attention or doing anything about it.
He is also trying to make them understand it better by making them imagine how it is to be in the other persons shoes, or should i say the victims shoes. By making them imagine how fear makes you feel, paralized and scared.
I think Elliot's letter also had another purpose, which was to scare the jock rots like he said on pg.93, "They never cared how I felt about any of it. So let them worry about what happens next. Let them wake up in the morning feeling scared..." It seems that in the story Elliot's story did slowly take effect on the people who read it and they slowly realized what was going on around them with the bullying.

The Revealers,role reversal
Blog Question: After the Bully Lab was renamed, the Revealers, and the stories of the three Darkland students were released and well received by the student body, Elliot wanted to publish Russell’s narrative about Richie punching Russell in the face.
1) Why was Russell so opposed to the idea (pg. 110)? Explain. (4 pts)
A1:Russel didn't want Elliot publishing his story because, he was scared of making things worse with Richie and he didn't want to get bullied more than he already was.
2) What is happening to the relationship between Russell and Richie. (3 pts)
A2:It's funny because at first Russel was the prey and Russel,l the predator. But in time Richie finished getting his 'revenge' and he kind of stands up for Russell. For example like when Russell was getting pushed around by the Rot jocks (on pg.96) , Richie came and stood up for him.. Russel also didn't feel like publishing the story about Richie because I think he would also feel bad and if you read the book you learn that Richie can become hurt and enraged quite easily.
